HiPCS


The HiPCS series energy storage converters are independently developed and manufactured by Shenzhen Haisiruike Electric Technology Co., Ltd.This product is used in energy storage systems. By connecting to energy storage components and the public power grid, it converts the AC power from the grid into DC power to charge the energy storage components during the off-peak load period of the power grid. During the peak load period of the power grid, it in turn converts the DC power stored in the energy storage components into AC power that meets the grid’s requirements, and feeds it back to the public power grid.

    1. High Charging and Discharging Efficiency, Enhancing Customer Benefits

    • The average efficiency of HiPCS reaches 98.3%, with a maximum efficiency of 99%.
    • Compared with Power Conversion Systems (PCS) with an average industry efficiency of 97%, the HiPCS itself can save customers RMB 4,100 annually.
    • Compared with PCS with 97.5% efficiency, it saves RMB 2,500 per year; compared with PCS with 98% efficiency, it saves RMB 900 per year.

    2. Advanced SiC (Silicon Carbide) Technology

    • High frequency, high efficiency, and low loss: switching loss is reduced by 70%-80% compared with IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor).
    • High temperature and high voltage adaptability: it can operate stably at temperatures above 200°C (IGBT is usually limited to 150°C).

    3. Flexible Selection of Protection Levels, Adapting to Multi-Scenario Applications

    • Two options are available: IP66 high protection level and IP20 standard protection level, meeting the needs of different indoor and outdoor environments.
    • The IP66 product is suitable for various extreme outdoor environments. It is completely dust-tight, can withstand strong water jets, and is applicable in heavy rain and typhoon weather. It can also be used as marine equipment, making it the PCS with the highest protection level in China currently.

    4. Multiple Heat Dissipation Methods to Meet Different Customer Needs

    • Two heat dissipation methods (liquid cooling and air cooling) are provided to meet different customer requirements.
    • For the liquid-cooled series: the SiC operating temperature is 35°C, and the electrolytic capacitor temperature is 42°C. Compared with air-cooled products, it has a longer service life and lower failure rate. The operating noise of this product is between 50 and 60 dB under all working conditions, providing greater flexibility in the selection of installation locations.
    • For the air-cooled series: forced air convection is adopted for heat dissipation. With an independent air duct design, the system structure is simple, and the initial investment cost is significantly lower than that of liquid-cooled systems. This product has no risk of complex pipelines or coolant leakage, features low maintenance difficulty, and enables faster on-site maintenance.

    5. Support for 100% Off-Grid Three-Phase Unbalanced Loads

    • HiPCS adopts a three-phase four-wire four-leg topology, which is suitable for single-phase loads and superior to three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire three-leg topologies.

    6. Power Quality Management Function

    • HiPCS can realize both harmonic mitigation and reactive power compensation functions simultaneously.
    • The built-in power quality management module of HiPCS has accumulated on-site operation experience in tens of thousands of units.

    7. Integrated Design

    • HiPCS can be optionally equipped with an integrated high-voltage box.
    • HiPCS can be optionally equipped with an integrated BCU (Battery Control Unit).
